Hints & Tips - How to Make a Loop with an Eyepin or Headpin

Hints & Tips - Turning Loops with an Eyepin or Headpin

Load your bead onto your pin (this one is a headpin with a stop at one end), then using your round nosed pliers, turn the spare wire round the pliers using gentle pressure of your fingers.
Pull it round gently and make sure not to press too hard on the bead or the end of the headpin can just ping off with the pressure, or it can distort the loop at the other end of the eyepin.
Cross the wire over on your round nose pliers.
Using your cutters, cut the excess wire away from the tail of the loop - then just neaten it gently until you are happy with the appearance of your dangle.
Your looped dangle is now ready for use.
