Rose Quartz

A delicate soft pink in colour, though can range from off-white pink to warm rose-pink, it is mostly produced in Namibia and South Africa. The early Chinese used rose quartz for carvings of the goddess of Peace as the colour was thought to reflect her gentleness and wisdom. It is said to promote a restful, cooling energy that will restore calmness, balance and clarity to the emotions and is considered excellent for healing emotional 'wounds'.
