Zircon
A natural gem which should not be confused with the synthetic
Cubic Zirconia. In it's pure form the stone is colourless, but impurities
change the colour to brown. These stones are heat treated to acheive the various
colours seen below; perhaps the most surprising thing about Zircon is its
weight - its surprisingly heavy for its size - a lovely, clean stone with
no inclusions, and lots and lots of sparkle.
